the American way of Life. Their design, safety, & functionality
should no longer be left up to the whims of the Design, &
Marketing Departments of Major Automotive Manufactures.
Certainly, Vehicles which are intentionally designed as powerfully
dangerous machines- promoted Through TV Ads to be driven un-
safely at speeds far exceeding legal limits- which Drivers are
enticed to attain by merely putting the pedal to the metal, for fun;
resulting in velocities guaranteed to result in deaths when
collisions occur. These vehicles have an exaggerated: Horse Power/
Weight of Vehicle Ratio far exceeding that necessary to safely,
& efficiently propel the Vehicle down the Road. It's past hightime for Legislators to act. Reform the Automotive Industry NOW! |

This may be easily accomplished using current
technology via a mechanical governor chip, already
incorporated into the vehicles ignition system! Talking Points: 1. Pass Legislation which would limit the Top Speed of Automotive Products to = 75 m.p.h.
2. Cease the production of Hazardous Machinery, Equipment, Motorized Vehicles:
There’s absolutely NO reason for Auto Makers to be building & Marketing Automotive Products which are intentionally designed with enormously overpowered engines< designed & marketed to illegally exceed the Top Highway Speed Limit; some by as much as 2X the legal limit!
3. Encourage Victims of accidents involving excessive/high speed to file suit against Manufactures for intentionally building vehicles with the knowledge the may attain excessively dangerous speeds, making them a threat to the general driving Public.
4. Call on the FCC to do it’s job & dis-allow Ads for Automotive Products which depict Hazardous, Dangerous, & Illegal Driving Techniques in order to market Vehicles! 5. Free-Up 100,000's of HighWay PatrolMan hours policing for Speeders! 6. Better Fuel Economy! 7. Less violent collisions-
Higher Speed =
Higher Vehicular Deaths!
8. End dangerous high speed police chases, many of which result in sever,
&/or death of innocent drivers.
